How long will my order take?

Allow 3–7 business days for preparation of typical smaller orders, followed by the applicable transit time. UK orders typically arrive 5–8 days after dispatch; route estimates range from 3–5 days for International Express to 7–13 days for Special Line. Availability varies by order. What does delivery cost?

Can I track my order?

Tracking details are provided once available after dispatch. Contact us with your order number if a parcel is overdue or appears lost.

Which size should I choose?

Use the measurements on the individual product page and compare them with a garment you already own. Fits vary between styles. Scroll across the size table on smaller screens to see all measurements.

Can I return an item?

Our standard collection items have a 30-day return-request window. Change-of-mind return postage is your responsibility. UK statutory cancellation rights also apply. Read the Returns & Refunds policy for conditions and refund timing.

What if something is damaged or incorrect?

Email us promptly with your order number and photographs where possible, ideally within seven days. We will help arrange an appropriate remedy. Reporting later does not remove your statutory rights.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible once processing begins; applicable statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
